According to the incomparable zsneakerheadz, t he “Cool Grey” Air Jordan 9 is set to make a return in 2025. They debuted back in 2002 as a then newcolourway of the 9 that had its cache raised when they had the distinct honor of being one the retro models that Micheal Jordan took to the court during his time with the Washington Wizards.
As of yet, there are no availale images of the 2025 iteration but what we should see if a sneaker with a grey nubuck upper overlaid with cool grey patent leather that wraps the heel and extends up to the collar. On the rear heel should appear an ebeoidered “23”, while “AIR JORDAN” is seen on the tongue lable.
Underneath the aforemantioned upper resides a white midsole and a somey grey translucnet rubber outsole.
When they release in 2025, it will mark the beginning of their third retail run, having made a previous appearance in 2012 after its original 2002 debut.
